Choose the bullet camera for the ability to adjust the field of view quickly and easily. The ball socket enables very fast adjustments simply by loosening the security screw. Bullet cameras are generally better for when viewing subject is a distance away and or you wish to have a more visible presence as they tend to stand out over turret and dome cameras. Reduced image distortion over a dome camera whenever that may present an issue (eg ability to accurately read text/numbers). The IR range is also notably longer than turret and dome cameras.
